Zero Cases (UK) Ltd produces in Birmingham the widest range of deep drawn aluminum cases and enclosures for the defence, aerospace, electronics, industrial, telecom, broadcast, commercial and other markets.

With extensive experience of mission critical items (over 20 years in the UK and over 50 years in USA) carry cases can be supplied empty, foam cushioned or for panel mounting of equipment. 19" rack mounted cases can be either rigid mounted or shock mounted with or without thermal management.

All items can be designed to offer shock, vibration and drop protection and environmental sealing and EMI / RFI shielding to high levels where required. Working from several standard ranges we offer great flexibility in customising for the widest range of customer items and have supplied practical cost effective solutions for an enormous number of COTS projects both domestically and internationally, with great success.

In addition we offer the ability to take customer concept through to initial space models or prototypes with the minimum of fuss or delay from our extensive well-equipped 25,000 sq ft facility. Our in house design capabilities include Pro E, AutoCad and CadKey CAD systems, hydraulic deep draw presses up to 650 tonne capacity, welding (continuous, spot and plasma), powder coating and assembly. Where appropriate we also import from Zero Manufacturing Inc in USA their range of military cases in both aluminum and plastic to complement our product capabilities.

Both UK and USA facilities are accredited to ISO 9001, in addition the UK operation also offers DR14 design capabilities.
